This is my sixth New Year's linocut, which is like a woodcut but carved from a block of linoleum instead of wood. Besides a few proofs, forty five copies were printed (hand inked and pressed by myself) and sent as 2006/2007 New Year's cards. Unlike previous years, instead of printing on the card itself, the image was printed on thin papers of various colors and with a variety of ink colors (see below). The print was inserted into the card with "What a Wonderful" calligraphied on the outside card flap.
